Small Group (4 - 8 people)
Small Group training runs in 6-week training blocks, using progressive overload. (This means your coach is keeping track of the sets, reps, and weights so you progress over time!) Sessions consist of a full-body warmup, 30–40 minutes on a strength-training circuit, a 5- to 10-minute finisher (abs, cardio, accessory exercises), and a cooldown.

Partner Training
Train with a friend! Or a coworker! Your mom! Your neighbour! Program is tailored to the individuals—you do not have to be at the same fitness level.
